I don\u2019t know where you are on your journey to better health\u2014maybe you\u2019re strong with your current lifestyle, or wanting to make a change in your health. Making a decision to improve your health is the first step. They are many diets and promises out there, but the question you have is which one is best for me? Well, I can’t answer that, but I can tell you my experiences eating strict carnivore… Beef, Butter, Bacon & Eggs. (bbb&e)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As for me, at this time of writing I’ve been eating bbb&e for 13 months. I\u2019m still fully committed to strict BBB&E with salt<\/strong>\u2014eating until I\u2019m completely full<\/strong> and not eating again until I\u2019m truly hungry<\/strong>. No cravings, no cheats. In fact, I haven\u2019t had a single craving for sugar in months, and every week, this way of eating gets easier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Is this the most social-friendly way to eat? Not at all. But I\u2019ve learned to stop worrying about what others think<\/strong>\u2014I\u2019m doing this for me<\/em>, and more importantly, I\u2019m trusting God<\/strong> in the process. He designed our bodies with incredible wisdom, and I believe He also provides the clarity and strength to make the right choices for our health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When we surrender our struggles to Him<\/strong>, whether it\u2019s food, health, or the opinions of others, we gain peace. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, \u201cI can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.\u201d<\/strong> That includes making choices that honor the body He gave me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I been known to talk about this way of eating a lot, but when I see the changes in both my health and my wife Sonja\u2019s<\/strong>, it\u2019s hard not<\/em> to be excited.
